Dawn Richa
Dawn Richa was first introduced to the enneagram more than 10 years ago by her sister, Amy McCabe. Over time, what began as an interest in learning more about themselves, others, and God developed into a deep desire to teach others about the promise of the Enneagram as a tool for transformation and spiritual growth. Dawn is a certified Enneagram Coach and iEnneagram practitioner and has also completed coursework in the Narrative Enneagram Tradition. She has continued her Enneagram education through personal study and several Enneagram Institute Certified Workshops.
Dawn is also a practicing Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the founder of Encompass Ministries, an organization that is committed to providing simple, accessible resources for individuals and small groups wishing to nurture relationships and live in step with God’s will for their lives. Dawn regularly incorporates Christian Spiritual practices and the Enneagram into her counseling, coaching and group work to help her clients recognize and claim pathways to spiritual and personal transformation.
Dawn holds a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Purdue University, and a Master’s degree in Social work from the University of Missouri. She also holds a Graduate Certificate in Counseling and Spirituality from Richmont Graduate University.
Dawn enjoys reading, hiking and traveling with her family. She lives in the Atlanta area with her husband and two young adult children.
